The wide receivers

This position could end up being a very prolific one for the Houston Texans in 2018, fantasy-wise and in real life. DeAndre Hopkins is one of the best wide receivers in the game. He and Watson quickly developed a rapport in 2017 and have continued to build it in training camp.

Hopkins had a phenomenal season last year, he totaled nearly 1,400 yards to go with 13 touchdowns. He’ll without a doubt reach 1,200 to 1,300 yards with double-digit touchdowns again. However, it won’t catch me by surprise if he and Watson can eclipse those marks in 2018. Hopkins has round one potential, scoop him up if you come across him in round two.

The rest of this group is about 95% potential and 5% production when it comes to fantasy football. Will Fuller had his moment in the sun in fantasy football last season for four weeks. That’s the 5% production. In those four weeks, he had seven touchdowns and almost 300 yards. That pace is ridiculous and unsustainable but, his potential with Watson is insane.

Taking a mid to late round flier on Fuller could pay dividends in fantasy. It’s one of those moves that league champions look back on as a move that pushed them over the top. That’s the kind of fantasy potential he has in 2018.

Keke Coutee is another guy you could take late in the draft that could be a huge win down the road. He has excellent potential in fantasy, especially in PPR formats. If injuries occur, Braxton Miller, Bruce Ellington, and maybe even Sammie Coates are all guys you could potentially target on the waiver wire, none are worth a draft pick. With Watson at QB, any wide receiver with significant playing time is worth a fantasy roster spot.
