I first moved to the Houston area with my family in 1987, and have many fond memories of watching the Astros and Oilers in the Astrodome as a child. My grandpa worked for Chevron, and often got tickets for my brothers and I to watch games and meet player when they'd do autograph sessions at service stations around town. Houston is my adopted home. I am originally from Asheville, North Carolina and graduated from Appalachian State University with a degree in Communications.
