The Houston Rockets have played a nice stretch of games despite the challenges of not havingChris Paul,Eric Gordonand nowClint Capelafor stretches. It has all been on the shoulders ofJames Harden, who’s terrific heroics have helped this team remain competitive.
Harden has partaken in 12 games with 40+ minutes to his credit so far this season, including three of the last five. Harden has four 50+ point games of which two of those four have come within the past five games.
We’ve been watching some amazing basketball out of the Beard but there’s simply no way he can keep this up, yet be fresh for the postseason, to which the ultimate goal is to beat the Golden State Warriors.
