3. No Other Minor League Players Will Factor In

Aside from both Tyler White and Tony Kemp, along with some of the pitchers called up, you will not see any of the players from the minors making it. This includes, but is not limited to, Derek Fisher, J.D. Davis and yes, even Kyle Tucker.

All three are developing well enough, but none of them will be needed with all the bats the team currently has. Could something change? Of course, it can. Is it likely? Probably not.

There is already enough of a battle going on among players to get a spot that the minors guys will have to remain just that. That’s not to say that they still won’t be a big part of this team’s future. It just means that the future may not be completely right now.

Also. Astros have an easier schedule than the A's. light

Evidently, a lot of fans are still high on Kyle Tucker. While I see some of the reasoning, the kid has yet to really get his feet wet at the major league level. Similarly, some of the other players I mentioned could end up as career minor league players that don’t ever translate well enough to the MLB.

Not wishing it, by any means. Only time will tell on that front with any of these players.
