Houston Texans: 5 players on the bubble that need to make the roster

Andre Chachere, CB
Andre Chachere (pronounced shah-sur-ray) joined the team as an undrafted free agent following the 2018 draft. He was a four-year letterman for San Jose St. and played quite well for them. He had seven interceptions and 27 pass breakups during his tenure there.
Chachere has decent size and speed, standing at 6’0″ and 200 lbs while running a 4.49 in the forty yard dash. He also had a good vertical at 38 inches and his other tests were all above average as well. Here’s what Lance Zerlien of NFL.com had to say about Chachere.
"Chachere is an athletic outside cornerback with average size and speed and adequate short-area quickness to match routes and challenge throws… Chachere plays with good intelligence and anticipation and generally handles his job. His issues playing the deep ball mean he needs to run well to prove he has recovery potential. He could be a good value on Day 3 as he has the ability to become an NFL contributor."
That sounds like a steal as the Texans got him as an undrafted free agent. Chachere struggled initially adapting to the play speed of the NFL. However, he’s rebounded well and has played well ever since. He could be the next late round/undrafted gem of a secondary guy for the Texans.
