The Houston Texans will be making roster cuts in about a week and not everybody will make the team. Here are three guys in danger of being cut.

Houston Texans fans — it’s almost that ill-fated time of the year again where the training camp positional battles will come to an end.  Some guys who have had the unique opportunity to work out with the Houston Texans will not be able to continue their careers with this team as the amount of players on the roster trims down to 53 players.

This is always a highly-debatable subject as far as to who stays and who goes; but, as we know, the decision ultimately rests with the Houston Texans brass up top.  We may disagree with their decisions — I wholeheartedly have over the years — but they feel that the 53 guys they select to stay is best crop of talent that’s been assembled for any given upcoming season.

In past seasons, the cuts would come in waves through the waning weeks of preseason but now teams have to trim their rosters down all on one date.  For this upcoming season, it will be next Saturday, Sep. 1 by 3 p.m. CDT.  As we know, dreams will be fulfilled or hopes will be dashed after various players on this team will find out their fate.

So who’s in danger from being cut from this team?  Let’s take a dive and find out who is on the chopping block.
