Although the 2018 MLB schedule was posted around the postseason last year, you had a feeling MLB saw into the future and decided to schedule the Houston Astros and the Los Angeles Dodgers for 2018. Whatever the case is, the Astros and Dodgers will battle it out against each other again.

However, the Astros will travel to Dodger Stadium for the three-game series. Last time the Houston Astros were there, this happened. Now for the first time in seven months, as August rolls around, the two heavyweights will meet up with each other in the rematch.

It’s a regular season series, which means it won’t have the same stakes as the World Series. Regardless if one team sweeps or takes two-out-of-three, the results of the 2017 World Series won’t change. The Astros won and were the better team. End of story.

I could basically end the entry right then and there. However, I feel that we can sit back and reflect on the fall classic even if we’re in the midst of fighting for control of the AL West division or having to answer questions about a questionable trade.
