Okay, I kind of broke the rules here. Leach was originally signed by the Packers as an undrafted free agent. However, it was with the Houston Texans that he fully broke out and became a star at the fullback position.

The three-time first team All-Pro paved the way for some phenomenal rushing offenses during his tenure with the Houston Texans. The running backs he led the way for were primarily Ron Dayne, Steve Slaton, and Arian Foster. The highlight coming in 2009 when Foster ran for over 1600 yards in his first full season.

While Leach himself never produced much with the ball, he didn’t have to. He was one of the best blocking fullbacks of the previous decade. So, even though he didn’t sign here right away, he made a name for himself in deep steel blue.
