5. Shantee Orr, LB, 2003

I’m not sure how many of us remember Orr. I certainly didn’t before I started doing my research. But, Orr stepped up for a Houston Texans defense that needed it in the beginning.

His rookie year saw some spot pass rushing chances and he tabbed two sacks. It wasn’t until 2005 that Orr truly broke out. He started twelve games for that Texans team while collecting seven sacks and four forced fumbles.

Orr probably won’t make a list of top defenders but, he was a guy that produced when this new team needed it.
