80th: Holten Hill, CB Texas

If the Houston Texans select Hill in the third round, they’ll be taking a risk. He has a string of off the field incidents while at UT. Most recently getting suspended after nine games of the 2017 season.

However, if it weren’t for those issues, Hill may be in the discussion to get into the first round. He is big and athletic. He stands at 6’3″, 200 lbs., and ran a 4.49 forty. His length is also a huge plus. All of these numbers, if he puts the maturity issues behind him, could allow him to develop into a number one guy.

Hill began to make a name for himself in 2017 with two interceptions returned for touchdowns. He is also very active and strong in run support. If the Texans can check all of the boxes for his maturity, this Houston-native should be wearing deep steel blue.
