The Houston Astros got swag. Which Astro has the most swag? Take a look.

What happens when you have a young team like the Houston Astros? You have a lot of swag, that’s what happens.

Way back in 2015, when things were just starting to finally trend up, Club Astros began. George Springer led the way as the Astros DJ. Springer was throwing music through the speakers to satisfy every person on the team. From country to classic rock, hip-hop to latino he covered the gambit. Springer is a leader in this clubhouse, it’s a good thing the club inked him to a two-year deal.

This Houston Astros team just likes to have fun. Club Astros will even throw it back to the boy band days. Just check out this video to see Jose Altuve singing along with the Backstreet Boys. I don’t know about you, but I’d pay to party at Club Astros.

However, DJ Springer can’t always operate the beats. When it comes to walk-up songs, every player has to decide for themselves. Now, every player walks through their own process for a walk-up song.

Some players like Alex Bregman will hop throw a different song every homestand, he already has three this year. Evan Gattis has rocked the same song for his whole career, as far as I can tell. Other players have been known to ride a certain song during a hot streak until its luck runs out.

No matter the process, each player chooses a song for a specific reason. So which Houston Astros player has the most swag? Let’s take a look at all of the walk-up songs see who it is!

Honorable Mentions:

For my honorable mentions list, we have a pair of outfielders that have decent taste. They aren’t terrible songs, but they just lack that “it” factor for a walk-up song.

Redneck Song by Dry Country

This may just come down to a taste thing for me, but there is just too much guitar in this track for me. It seems like country music and baseball will always be married, but there are other songs out there that do more for me. However, this song gets major bonus points for the consistent hook of “going, going, gone.” Bregman’s most recent walk-up is just alright.

All Birds by Rick Ross ft. French Montana

This has been the walk-up song for Derek Fisher so far through the 2018 season. Rick Ross has turned himself into a hip-hop legend. His signature “huh” has become an iconic sound effect. However, this song just kind plays along the generic lines of hip-hop these days. It doesn’t get you moving or super hype like songs to come on this list.

Let’s get to the top ten!
