Malcolm Butler

Malcolm Butler burst on to the scene to seal the Super Bowl for the Patriots over the Seahawks. His time with the Patriots ended on a sour note, as he was benched for the entirety of this February’s Super Bowl.

In spite of that, Butler is absolutely the best corner on the open market. For a team that struggled from the corner position, Butler would be a godsend. He would immediately step in as the team’s number one corner and should be able to lock down almost any receiver.

Sure he has his deficiencies, who doesn’t? Butler would instantly upgrade this defense and bring it back to prominence under Romeo Crennel.

Plus, Hopkins seems to want him and I trust his opinion.
