Plan B – Go through this shopping cart

I’m going to attach a link of a blog post Thomas wrote right here.  Aside from the catchy user name, he does bring up some good points of players Houston should acquire. Here a few he discusses.

Nate Solder – OL

Having gone through Super Bowl runs blocking the blind side for Tom Brady, 29-year-old Nate Solder has plenty of football left in him and would be the perfect fit for an offensive line needed to help block for a returning Deshaun Watson. By entering free agency after this year, Super Bowl or not, Houston will need to make sure they target Solder before going to anyone else.

Kyle Fuller – DB

While being one of the best cornerbacks out of college, Kyle Fuller has yet to reach his true potential as an NFL player. With Johnathan Joseph aging and already experiencing injuries, the secondary needs help. By adding Fuller, Houston’s secondary should be among the best in the NFL.

Jimmy Graham – TE

Once a favorite target of Drew Brees in New Orleans, Jimmy Graham might be an asset to a Houston Texans offense that was averaging about 30 points per game before Watson went down. The Texans only had one healthy tight end in Stephen Anderson.

So bringing in another would certainly help the TE position. The only problem is that Houston would have so many multiple weapons including DeAndre Hopkins, D’onta Foreman, possibly Kyle Fuller, and Lamar Miller that signing all five of them would be a slim chance. Still, Graham’s presence in his athleticism and height could get Houston more points than they could’ve ever bargained for.

Any fan has an opinion on who should we sign. But Thomas does see the logistics and simply feels Houston should be in a “win-now” mode because no one knows how long the Texans have with Watt or anyone of the current players.
