Conclusion

Why do I love Houston so much? We are very loyal to the team regardless of how well they do. We’re not as arrogant or greedy as New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, or Dallas. Sure we might have a few diehards who predict championships every year only to be wrong. But I know deep down that a championship is on the horizon. It’s going to happen.

However, I’m not going to deal with Houston Astros fans who are already packing it in. It’s not everyone, but some people out there might feel this way. I personally hate how Houstonians jumping off bandwagons hurts the city’s loyalty to their teams. So I’m going to end this meeting by handing you with options.

I feel that I maybe the last remaining fan of Houston sports right now. I’m not, but that’s my mentality with how fans are panicking and worried. I’m also guilty of panicking on occasions too. But at the end of the day, we still have a chance to live up to our expectations. So here’s the deal.

There’s a line drawn in the sand. If y’all decide to quit and give up believing our time is coming, stay right where you are. But if you’re a diehard who truly believes that we will win a title for Houston soon, step over the line.

I’m stepping over the line because I’m not a quitter to my team and to my city. I’m still supporting them through and through. I can only hope y’all follow my lead.
