The Dream Super Bowl: Houston Texans vs….

So with four NFC teams out of the way, it’s time now for my choice of the dream matchup. Unlike my NBA Finals pick, this one might be obvious to most if not all Houston Texans fans. Let’s be clear. In the past seasons, we’ve gotten to the playoffs. But we’ve been disrespected by every body who is afraid of the day we shut them up and prove them wrong. It will happen and we’ll be ready to do that. But we have to find an equivalent to the New England Patriots here. I had to think about this one long and hard. So in order to answer the question of the NFC rep, I asked myself three random, but logical questions.

  1. Which team that has an environment of arrogance, greed, and a following?
  2. What team that has people pick on others because they’re better and they know it even if their football IQ ranges from true fan to bandwagoner?
  3. Who’s the team that has a nickname that is debated every year by others and an owner who until last year has continued to build his brand to the best sports franchise?

Well, needless to say, this decision was obvious. I want this matchup. You want this matchup.
