Houston Texans: The 2011 season outcome had Matt Schaub been healthy
Week 14 – December 11, 2011 – Houston Texans @ Cincinnati Bengals
Before we reveal the simulated score, let’s pause to remember the play to send the Texans to the playoffs.
Enjoy it while you can Texans fans because in the simulation, Yates never touches the ball and “The Drive” never happens.
Actual Score: Houston 20, Cincinnati 19
Simulated Score: Houston 34, Cincinnati 9
No drama was needed for this game although we would’ve wanted New Orleans to beat Tennessee. But the Texans took care of business as they won 34-9. Foster would be the star of the game with two touchdown scores despite rushing 80 yards on 22 carries. Tate would also rush in for a score while Schaub delivered an 18-23, 325 -yard performance and one touchdown pass to Jacoby Jones.
The only two things Bengals fans would’ve been proud of were that Andy Dalton did not throw an interception and the safety they picked up late in the game.
