Houston Texans At Buffalo Bills: Week 13 Injury Report
As both the Houston Texans and the Buffalo Bills take the field, here’s a few injuries that you need to know about:
For the Texans, here are the players that are listed on the injury report:
RB Alfred Blue, Back
ILB Max Bullough, Shoulder/Hamstring
ILB Akeem Dent, Hamstring
WR DeAndre Hopkins, Hamstring
CB Kareem Jackson, Ankle
CB Charles James II, Foot
C Ben Jones, Hand
CB Johnathan Joseph, Knee
OLB Whitney Mercilus, Back
T Derek Newton, Elbow
OLB John Simon, Groin
G Xavier Su’a-Filo, Shoulder
DE J.J. Watt, Groin
Blue, Bullough, Dent, Hopkins, Jackson, James, Jones, Joseph, Mercilus, Newton, Simon, Su’a-Filo and Watt are all good to go and probable for Sunday. It’s another week where the Texans are relatively healthy going into their match up.
Houston Texans’ Tidbits:
J.J. Watt: was listed on this week’s injury report after not participating in practice Wednesday and Thursday but returning Friday. It’s of no concern that he’s listed and this should be viewed as some well-deserved extra days of rest after an incredible five-tackle (three SOLO), two-sack, seven quarterback hit performance against the New Orleans Saints this past Sunday. It’s important to note that Watt’s sack total (13.5) is more than the Bills’ entire front seven. Outstanding.

Buffalo Bills Tidbits:
Nigel Bradham: Bradham injured his right ankle against the Kansas City Chiefs last week. He had to be taken out of the game and was almost immediately placed into a walking boot. As of three days ago, he was still in that boot, certainly warranting his status for this Sunday. Tony Steward will start in place of Bradham this Sunday on the line.
John Miller: Miller is still reeling from high ankle sprain suffered against the New England Patriots in Week 12. He hasn’t been able to practice and it’s likely he’ll miss a couple of weeks as a result. Expect Kraig Urbik to fill-in for him as he did so last week.
Seantrel Henderson: Henderson has been out most of the week with an illness and Rex Ryan said he’s “very doubtful” for Sunday. Expect Jordan Mills to start in his stead Sunday.
