DEFENSE (FRONT 7): It’s feasting time for J.J Watt (nine tackles) and Jadeveon Clowney (four tackles, one assist) as they team up provide a deadly pass rush that we’ve been waiting for. I don’t see Oher or Remmers being too much of a threat to those guys.
Both looked quite good out there on the line and it’s refreshing to not see Clowney on the injured list for quite some time. Brian Cushing led the team in tackles with 10 and four assists. Watt had the team’s only sacks last week with two.

After spotting the Chiefs 27 points in the first half last week, they shut them out in the 2nd half which was quite encouraging to see. Keep your eye out for rookie linebacker Shaq Thompson — he has earned his way to starting spot and he’ll be featured along with Thomas Davis to wreak some havoc.
Let’s hope it’s kept to a minimum or else it’s going to be a long day for the Texans. The Panthers’ defense carried them against Jags last Sunday so we must see our effectiveness against theirs.
