Round 7
Pick #235 – Brandon Bridge
6’4″, 229 – Quarterback – South Alabama
Round 7 is basically an undrafted free agent, however this is where you draft a guy that you won’t have to fight other teams over in free agency. Brandon Bridge is a strong-armed, small-school quarterback from South Alabama that struggles with accuracy but made a good showing at the combine.

This is a place the Texans could look for a QB project if they aren’t happy with Tom Savage’s development.
If they haven’t taken center to this point, Chad Hamilton, a tackle converting to center from Coastal Carolina would be a nice depth piece. They could also go with the small but quick Trey Williams, running back from Texas A&M.
Alternate 1 – C Chad Hamilton Alternate 2 – RB Trey Williams
