Not a bad week for OKC. Enrique Hernandez has really been a pleasant surprise this season. On the season between AA/AAA he is hitting .305 with 12 2B, 6 HR, 23 RBI, 14 BB/16 SO, 6 SB at only 22 years old.
Speaking of young players, Domingo Santana continues to put together a good season. He has 16 2B, 9 HR, 38 RBI in 63 games at 21 years of age. Though Stassi made it to the MLB last season he has struggled somewhat in AAA. He is only hitting .250 but he does have 30 RBI in 46 games.
The pitching has been great for OKC and this week they did not disappoint. Michael Foltynewicz had some doubters going in to the season but he has done well to quiet them. On the season he has a 3.32 ERA in 62.1 IP with 27 BB/63 SO good for 3.9 BB/9, 9.1 SO/9.
Another guys pitching great is Nick Tropeano (Nitro). After a disappointing showing in AA he has been great in AAA. His season ERA is down to 2.28 in 59.1 IP. Buchanan has a 3.38 ERA with a 1.2 BB/9 rate.

- David Rollins, LHP: 4.0 IP, 6 H, 2 R, 2 ER, 0 BB, 5 SO
Not a great week for the CC offense. Preston Tucker only had four hits this week but did have 4 RBI. He has 14 HR, 40 RBI in 62 games. Fontana is still walking at an incredible rate. He has 53 BB in 55 games. Also has 19 doubles too. Andrew Aplin missed a few games but came back and has four hits in his last two games. He still has a nice 37 BB/34 SO rate.
Kyle Smith has been dealing in AA recently. He now has a 3.68 ERA with 7 BB/38 SO in 36.2 IP. He now has 1.7 BB/9 and 9.3 SO/9.
Jordan Jankowski has also been great recently. He has a 3.21 ERA in 42 IP with 11 BB/45 SO. Thomas Shirley keeps on rolling too. His ERA is at 1.92 and while still maintaining a good walk to strikeout ratio. He has 62 SO/14 BB in 65.2 IP.

- Lance McCullers, RHP: 4.0 IP, 10 H, 5 R, 4 ER, 1 BB, 4 SO
It seems every week Carlos Correa is on this recap and always doing something special. Correa is hitting .330 with 14 2B, 5 3B, 5 HR, 52 RBI, 20 SB in 55 games this season. He has 20 SB already in 55 games after having only 10 SB all of last season. His speed and base-running is definitely underrated at this point. He also now has 31 BB/38 SO with a 14 BB/5 SO in his last 10 games.
Conrad Gregor has been on fire since being promoted to Lancaster. He is hitting .372 with 2 HR, 10 RBI, 9 BB/2 SO since his promotion. Rio Ruiz hasn’t been talked about much as a top prospect but he has had a good season too. He is hitting .294 with a .819 OPS and 39 BB/46 SO in 61 games.
Teoscar Hernandez is about as toolsy as an outfielder can get. He is hitting for power (14 2B, 7 3B, 11 HR) stealing bases (20 SB) but is also striking out alot (81 in 57 games).
Pitching wasn’t great this week but not too bad. Chris Devenski with a nice outing lowering his season ERA to 4.28 with 58 SO in 54.2 IP. Josh Hader gave up 5 runs, though all were unearned. He still has 72 SO in 58.2 IP. Unfortunately Lance McCullers hasn’t pitched to expectations this season. He has a 4.58 ERA but does have 66 SO in 58 IP.
A: Quad Cities River Bandits (33-29) went 3-3 this week.
- Brett Phillips, OF: .200 BA (4-20), 2 R, 3B, 2 RBI, SB
- Tyler White, 3B: .357 BA (5-14), 2 R, 2 2B, 2 HR, 4 RBI
- Ronnie Mitchell, OF: .300 BA (3-10), 2 R, HR, RBI
- Jon Kemmer, OF: .286 BA (4-14), 2 R, 2B, 3B
- Andrew Thurman, RHP: 10.0 IP, 8 H, 3 R,, 3 ER, 1 BB, 8 SO
- Michael Feliz, RHP: 4.0 IP, 3 H, 1 R, 1 ER, 4 BB, 6 SO
- Tyler Brunnemann, RHP: 3.0 IP, 2 H, 1 R, 0 ER, 1 BB, 3 SO
- Evan Grills, LHP: 3.0 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 0 ER, 1 BB, 3 SO
Not much going with the bats for QC this week. Though Brett Phillips had a down week he is still putting together a good season. He is hitting .297 with a .823 OPS, 10 2B, 8 3B, 3 HR, 30 RBI, 10 SB in 58 games. Tyler White has picked it up recently and is now is hitting .301 with 13 2B, 5 HR.
Awesome to see last years 2nd round pick, Andrew Thurman, have a nice week. His ERA is still high at 5.23 but he does have 56 SO/21 BB in 51.2 IP. Feliz has been pitching better recently though he walked a few too may this outing. Feliz has 44 SO in only 34.2 IP. Brunnemann has been awesome in relief. The right hander has a 1.15 ERA in 29 IP with 7 BB/32 SO.
