2. Who provides depth at fullback?

Kofi Sarkodie won the Ironman of the Year award in 2013, playing 2,948 of a possible 3,060 minutes during the regular season. This was not a good thing as the impact of fatigue showed in a gradual decline in his performance over the course of the season. At left fullback, Corey Ashe racked up heavy minutes as well, being spelled only during Champions League play by Mike Chabala and while missing time due to injuries and suspension.

For the Dynamo to keep Sarkodie and Ashe playing at a high level, they need to be able to give them a rest now and then.  Currently, there are no other natural fullbacks on the roster to do this. Warren Creavalle has played right back at times and Arena has played at left back occasionally during his college days.  Taylor is versatile and can fill in; however shifting him out of the center creates a void there.  The Dynamo could use some additional depth here, which might ultimately be provided by Mike Chabala who remains unsigned.
