Texans Report Card Through The Bye Week

To be a Texans receiver in 2013 has been rough. Schaub’s lack of precision or arm strength this season has meant extra work for the receivers as they have to be even more precise on all their routes. Andre Johnson‘s 48 receptions and 584 yards lead the team. DeAndre Hopkins (minus the fumble) has been a nice surprise jumping right into the fire as a rookie. Hopkins has 416 yards on 28 receptions and leads receivers in touchdowns with two. Owen Daniels and Garrett Graham are tied for the team lead in touchdowns with three each. The receivers have done their job for the most part this season, but unfortunately have been forced to play defense on several throws this season.
