Houston Texans’ Tidbits:

Alfred Blue:  Blue sustained an injury to his calf during last week’s game against the Jacksonville Jaguars.  He did not return and has already been ruled out for Sunday.

Vince Wilfork:  Wilfork has had limited participation in practiced this week and has been reeling from a groin injury sustained against the Detroit Lions two weeks ago.

Wilfork has made the trip to Mexico City and he will be deemed as more of a game-time decision by the coaching staff.

Bill O’Brien said that he will likely play though.

If Wilfork cannot play, sixth-rounder D.J. Reader will be at the ready to fill-in at nose tackle.  Reader has 11 tackles and two sacks through all nine games this season which included two starts with last week’s being quite impressive.

Will Fuller:  Fuller has been limited in practice all week and Bill O’Brien has now ruled him as a game-time decision.

He also mentioned that he does have a good chance to play to play Monday as well.

He is listed on the report as questionable with a knee malady.  Fuller has missed two games so far on the season as a result of injury.

And here’s the injury report for the Oakland Raiders:

WR Amari Cooper, Back

C Rodney Hudson, Knee

DT Stacy McGee, Ankle

RB Latavius Murray, Ankle

G/T Kelechi Osemele, Knee

CB Sean Smith, Shoulder

ALL players listed are QUESTIONABLE for Monday.

Oakland Raiders Tidbits:

Amari Cooper:  One of the team’s top offensive weapons has been dealing with a back injury for the past couple of weeks.  He has played through it but will this be the week he doesn’t appear?  He has been limited in practice all week so he’ll be a game-time decision.

Latavius Murray:  Murray has been suffering from an ankle injury and has been limited in practice all week.  He too has played through the pain and I don’t see any reason why he’d miss Monday night’s game.

Sean Smith:  Smith sustained a shoulder injury a few weeks ago and has been OUT since that time.  He was limited in practice all week as was seen wearing a sling for his shoulder.  Jack Del Rio is “hopeful” that he’ll play but did not give any guarantee on his availability.  Smith signed with the Raiders in the off season to the tune of a four-year, $38 million deal.  Three-year corner T.J. Carrie will be at the ready if Smith can’t go.

The Houston Texans on the road to take on the Raiders at Estadio Azteca in Mexico City.

Kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. CST.

The game will be televised on ESPN and broadcast on 610 SportsRadio AM/100.3 FM (KILT) & ESPN Deportes 1180 (KGOL) in Spanish.
