With the Houston Rockets bowing out of the NBA Playoffs in Game 5 of the Western Conference Finals, it’s now officially the off season.

This franchise has a lot of work to do and that starts with retaining the talent that we currently have with a few tweaks.

This team exceeded many hoops fans expectations and this is definitely something that they must keep going.

Why would you want to get the wrecking ball after just one season together to begin with?

The Rockets just need to add another play maker so that James Harden doesn’t have to continuously create and bring the ball up.

If that tweaks are made — ahem Ty Lawson! — then it will not only reduce Harden’s turnover count but ensure that the offense flows a lot smoother.

You guys know how much it sputtered throughout the season as well as the playoffs and it was cringing to watch.

But as many players such as Josh Smith and Corey Brewer being free agents, there’s another to keep your eye on.

That’s Patrick Beverley.

Yes, Beverley is being targeted and recruited by our biggest nemesis, the Dallas Mavericks.
