The Houston Texans released their first preseason depth chart of the preseason yesterday.

Here’s how it looks:

Random notes/thoughts:

– Both Arian Foster and Andre Johnson are currently listed as starters. They should see a series or two.

Justin Tuggle and Jeff Tarpinian are listed as the starting inside linebackers. UDFA Max Bullough will likely see a lot of playing time in game one.

More from Houston Texans

– Jadeveon Clowney gets the start at JACK with Whitney Mercilus coming off the bench.

Kendrick Lewis is listed as starting FS. Chris Clemons 2nd and Lonnie Ballentine 4th.

Mike Thomas is listed as the starting KR/PR.

– Pretty excited for the 2nd-string QB battle between Case Keenum and Tom Savage.

– Other guys I’m excited to watch: C.J. Feidorowicz, Chris Boswell, Jay Prosch, Tim Cornett…yes, I’m weird.

The Houston Texans open up preseason play with the Arizona Cardinals on Saturday. The game is at 7:30 PM CT and can be seen on ABC (KTRK).
