Report: Houston Rockets In The Mix For Mike Miller

The Houston Rockets are one of three teams in the mix for Mike Miller, according to Jeff Goodman (ESPN).

The 34-year old shot just under 46 percent from three and averaged 7.1 points per game (played in all 82 games) for the Heat last season.

Miller seems close to agreeing to a deal, and is expected to announce his decision soon. He is expected to earn more than $4 million a season.

The Rockets are making a late push for the sharpshooter, and have the cash available after declining to match the Chandler Parsons‘ offer sheet.

With Trevor Ariza replacing Parsons in the starting lineup, the Rockets are still in need of a shooter off the bench, and Miller would be a great option off the bench.

We should know Miller’s decision by the end of the day.

Could have sworn he played with the Grizz last year and not the Heat

Lol, yeah, he’s wearing a Memphis jersey too. Standards are low on these fan sights. This ain’t the Wall Street Journal.
