The Houston Rockets are interested in PF/C Chris Andersen, according to Jared Zwerling (Bleacher Report).

The Rockets could use someone behind Dwight Howard and Andersen would be a good fit for the team.

Last season with the Miami Heat, Andersen averaged 6.6 points and 5.3 rebounds per game in over 19 minutes a game.

After failing to sign Chris Bosh, the Rockets have a bit more money available then expected. They spent around $8 million per year on Trevor Ariza, but will have extra cash around once they officially deal away Omer Asik.

Once the Rockets make their decision on Chandler Parsons, things should begin to clear up.
