Houston Rockets Will Turn To Chris Bosh If Carmelo Anthony Passes

The Houston Rockets will turn to Chris Bosh if Carmelo Anthony chooses to go elsewhere, according to Marc Stein of ESPN.

Bosh has always been plan C according to many reports in June.

Like LeBron James, Bosh is still expected to stay in Miami, though things appear to be breaking down according to Adrian Wojnarowski (Yahoo Sports).

Bosh is a great fit in Houston’s offense, and is the stretch-four they’ve been looking to acquire. The Rockets were interested in Bosh in 2010, before he chose to team up with the big three in Miami.

If Bosh chooses Houston, he would again be the third piece to a big three, this time in Houston.

The 30-year old shot 51.6 percent from the field, and is considered one of the better jump shooting power forwards in the game. However, Bosh shot just 33 percent from beyond the arc, and shoots just 31 percent from long range for his career.

If LeBron James and Carmelo Anthony go elsewhere, get ready to hear a lot of rumors about Bosh and also Kevin Love.

Stick with House of Houston for all the latest on the Rockets’ offseason.
