LeBron James Looking For Talented Roster; Breakdown In Communication Between Former Teammates

Brian Windhorst (ESPN) says there’s one way to recruit LeBron James and that’s with talent on your current roster.

Windhorst previously reported the same thing almost two months ago, and I wrote back then that Houston should be the favorites if he were to leave the Heat.

What makes things more interesting is that LeBron James seems to be on a different page than his former teammates, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh, according to Adrian Wojnarowski (Yahoo Sports).

Through almost 72 hours of free agency, the Heat have struck out on Kyle Lowry and Marcin Gortat and have yet to make a signing.

They are reportedly interested in Anthony Morrow, but that likely won’t move the ticker for James.

The more free agents that sign elsewhere, the better for the Rockets.

For now, the Rockets and the rest of the NBA awaits decisions from Carmelo Anthony and LeBron James. Things are expected to pick up next week, after Anthony announces his decision.

Stick with House of Houston for all the latest on the Rockets’ offseason.
