Rumor: Houston Rockets Interested In Jordan Hill

The Houston Rockets have interest in PF Jordan Hill according to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports.

Hill, 26, averaged 9.7 points and 7.4 rebounds per game with the Los Angeles Lakers last season.

The PF played two and a half years with the Rockets before being dealt to the Lakers during the 2011-2012 season.

The Rockets interest in Hill would likely be as a backup big man if they are forced to gut much of their roster. At 6″10, Hill isn’t much of a center, but could would give us some quality minutes off the bench at power forward.

The Rockets currently have Terrence Jones and Donatas Motiejunas at power forward, but are expected to court LeBron James, Carmelo Anthony, and Kevin Love, all three of which can play power forward.

At this point, only time will tell…
