When will Houston be a top sports city? Being a Houston sports fan is about as bad as it gets. The misery that the Astros, Rockets, and Texans have given fans seems to be never-ending.

Not to mention that we can’t even witness most of the struggles because of Comcast, DirecTV, Jim Crane, or whoever is actually at fault.

The championship drought in baseball and football is inexcusable for the largest city in the state of Texas. The Rockets championship wins were nearly 20 years ago, and their first round exit last month was extremely disappointing.

There’s no doubt the future is bright for all three franchises. The Astros and Texans have no where to go but up, and the Rockets are rumored to be adding a third superstar sometime in the near future.

Keep reading to find out how all three teams will be in championship contention within the next 2-3 seasons.
