Let’s bring Andre johnson to the jets legooo
Chris has seen a lot of Andre in the past as a member of the Tennessee Titans, and knows exactly what Andre is capable of doing. (Side note but needs to be mentioned: So does Cortland Finnegan.)
The New York Jets made big moves on offense this offseason, bringing in Chris Johnson to shore up the running back position, signing Eric Decker from the Denver Broncos, and drafting Jace Amaro in the second round of this year’s NFL Draft. Decker and Amaro are going to be the top option for either Geno Smith or Michael Vick, but it is no secret the Jets could use another option.
Interestingly enough, the Jets are one of the few teams that can trade for Andre Johnson and swallow his cap hit. The Jets are in a big market, one that always want to see their team winning at all costs, and GM John Idzik could make his first big trade by acquiring the Texans Pro Bowl receiver.
Of course, it takes two to tango and the Texans are still not expected to trade Andre. If the Jets were to dangle a first round pick, things could get interesting, but for now, Chris Johnson is simply just dreaming about the possibilities.
Jets media was on top of their game today and asked Jets coach Rey Ryan about Andre:
Asked re: CJ2K’s endorsement tweet of Andre Johnson, Rex flashed a Kool-Aid grin, but says “I don’t talk about any players on other rosters”

Ryan won’t touch Chris Johnson tweet on Andre Johnson. Generally speaking, he says great players want to be around great players. #nyj

So that’s that for now!
