Preview: Houston Rockets vs. San Antonio Spurs

The Houston Rockets (53-27) enter tonight’s game as the #4 seed in the West and look to take home-court advantage in the first round with a win tonight against the 62-18 San Antonio Spurs. The Spurs will likely be playing their starters tonight as they get ready for their first round matchup in a few days. The Rockets are coming off a 7-point win against the Pelicans on Saturday, whereas the Spurs haven’t played since defeating the Suns on Friday night. The Rockets are 3-0 against the Spurs this season, and look for the season sweep tonight. Tipoff is scheduled for 7:00 PM and can be seen on CSN Houston or NBATV (out of Houston).

Beverley is coming off a monster performance against the Pelicans, but may have re-aggravated his injury against the Pelicans.

If they feed Howard the ball early and often, he could go off for a big game.
