Shams Charania of RealGM.com was the first to break the news.
Denver Nuggets forward Jordan Hamilton has been traded to the Houston Rockets, league source tells RealGM.

Brooks does have the right to veto any deal, so we will see if that plays a factor.
UPDATE: Brooks has agreed to the trade.
I’ve gotten a couple of questions about Aaron Brooks agreeing to the trade. Yes, he has agreed to be dealt and will be w/the #Nuggets soon.

Hamilton, 23, is averaging 6.8 ppg while shooting 35% from three. He fits the Rockets need of an athletic wing and could see meaningful minutes. After being a big part of the Rocket’s early season success, Brooks has fallen out of the rotation with Jeremy Lin and Patrick Beverley healthy.
Thanks again for your time Aaron! We will welcome you back for another go-around in the future!

Hamilton’s a good kid, if McHale can coach him up, he can play in that system. — Hardwood Paroxysm (@HPbasketball) February 20, 2014
Hamilton can compete with Garcia for minutes at three. Casspi has been largely at the four, and not much there lately. — Jonathan Feigen (@Jonathan_Feigen) February 20, 2014
Like HOU taking a shot on Hamilton. Probably won’t work out, but there’s at least the whiff of upside there and another wing never hurts. — Zach Lowe (@ZachLowe_NBA) February 20, 2014
Probably tough for Brooks to agree to deal, but needs to show he can still score reliably. Would not have had chance behind Lin, Beverley. — Jonathan Feigen (@Jonathan_Feigen) February 20, 2014
