Houston Texans Power Rankings Update Through Sixteen Weeks

A 13-game losing streak! For the last two weeks, one writer decided the Texans should be 31st instead of 32nd, but now he has the Texans back at 32. The average rank of the Texans for these publications this week is 32, whereas last week it was 31.86. Here are each major publication’s Texans ranking in their respective power rankings.
